Dual AHDSR

Dual AHDSR with two gate inputs, normalled to the first, which itself is normalled to the gate bus. It has two multed outputs for each envelope.Both have a log response by default, but one at a time can be set to linear.

Input gate must be 5V to 12V. Output CV is 0 to 10V.

Real Trigger-Level on Gate is >=4V for Trigger, and Input Impendance around 30kOhm.
