Compact 3-Channel Mixer / Rectifier
Introducing the Mega Modular Corp. SYNERGY, a compact workhorse of a utility mixer designed to bring powerful and flexible signal control to your Eurorack modular setup!
At just 2hp wide and 38mm deep, this slim yet versatile mixer is perfect for even the most space-conscious racks and skiffs. It features three input channels, each with a dedicated level knob, allowing for intuitive mixing of audio or CV signals, with its tiny size making it ideal for tasks unbefitting a larger mixer module, such as waveform mixing, CV combination, voltage offsetting, and even CV-able wave-folding!
Channel 1 offers advanced functionality which makes the Synergy an indispensable tool for creative signal processing. A normalized +5V input allows this channel to act as an offset generator when no other signal is patched, providing an adjustable offset voltage which is summed with the voltages present on Channels 2 and 3. The “Flip 1” switch may be used to invert the phase of the incoming signal or offset on Channel 1; this is ideal for changing the shape of modulations and audio and adding a unique twist to your patches. With these options, the Synergy goes beyond simple mixing and becomes an essential utility module for sound and CV sculpting and combining.
On top of its interesting mixing features, the Synergy features two outputs to maximize its utility: a traditional Mix Output, which combines all three channels into a single summed signal, and a Full-Wave Rectified Output, which “folds” the mixed voltage around 0V in a positive- or negative-going way. Meanwhile, the module’s sturdy build and high-quality circuitry ensure reliable and creativity-flowing performance.
