J-132 Integrator Module with Gated Reset of Init Value

From the top down:

-- CV/audio input jack + overload LEDs (should not light up when in use)
-- Gain (fine time) knob + time range switch
-- Init value trig/gate input + knob
-- Overload LEDs for integrator (should not light up when in use)
-- Offset knob
-- CV/audio output jack + signal LEDs

Almost the same like J-130 but with trig/gate input for resetting to init value (instead of manual button like on J-130).
