4 channel external power distribution module for Eurorack
The PMBP (poor man's bench power) is a power distribution module that provides 4 external power outputs, +-10V and +-5V adjustable voltage output. The PMBP is ideal for the DIY builder or for anyone that needs to externally power up a Eurorack module for testing, adjusting or troubleshooting.
The PMBP is sold as a kit. The kit comes with a PCB with all SMD components pre-assembled, all through-hole components, front face plate and 4 external power cables, 50cm in length. Soldering the PMBP is a quick and easy assembly. Assembly instructions, and a BOM placement map are linked below.
Specifications:
* 4 independent external power outputs for Eurorack, +12V, -12V and GND.
* Separate fuse protection for each power output. Allowable sustained current of 160mA for each power outlet rail. Fuses will trip at 370mA.
* Power outputs can be switched on and off.
* LED indicators for the power channel status.
* +-10V variable output, 5mA maximum current.
* +-5V variable output, 5mA maximum current.
