Tendencies is a highly responsive voltage-controlled slew generator, perfect for adding fluid portamento to pitch sequences, transforming sharp gates into organic ramps, or creating classic glide effects. The slew rate itself is, of course, voltage-controllable, allowing for dynamic shaping of your signal's inherent leanings.

When not changing the rate of an input signal, two dedicated mode switches allows it to function as a AR (Attack-Release) or RA (Release-Attack / Inverted) function generator, a variable shape LFO or a slewed flip-flop. These function by connecting or disconnecting the corresponding comparator, affecting whether or not it will change its state automatically when the output reaches the target value.

Trigger it to produce snappy envelopes for percussion, sweeping modulations, or, when set to cycle, a unique LFO with controllable rise and fall. The variable slope control lets you dial in the perfect curve, from sharp linear to smooth exponential, giving your envelopes and slews a distinct character. When triggered in AR or RA mode, the full function will play, regardless of length of trigger or gate.
