Duophonic MIDI to CV/Clock, plus 600mA power inlet

MIDI interface with DIN input, two Tension (CV) and two Porte (Gate) outputs. Channel learn button.
Four modes:
* Monophonic (Pitch CV, Gate, Modulation and vvelocity, foot control)
* Duophonic (Two pitch CV, two gates)
* MIDI clock (pitch CV, gate, start/stop, clock)
* 16-step MIDI sequencer controller (pitch CV, gate, start/stop, MIDI CC)

There is also a power supply, with front-panel +12V in, which creates a -12V rail to give a bipolar supply at up to 600mA on each rail.
