Dual VCA

This module is the Dual Voltage Controlled Amplifier. It uses a 13700 dual OTA as the core which is divided into two independent VCAs. Each VCA has 2 CV inputs, 1 input and 1 output. Each input has a potentiometer to control the input level, and the 2 CVs both have a potentiometer to control CV depth. CV1 of the left VCA is normalized to the right VCA. so with no CV plugged into the right VCA, it will still follow the left. CV2 of both the left and right VCA are normalized to a voltage, so with nothing plugged into either CV2, they will act as a drone if the potentiometer is turned up.
