Prox is a small, 1u panning mixer inspired by Nearness. Prox crams 8 jacks (6 inputs, 2 outputs) into as many hp, and includes leds for some simple visual feedback about the output levels. Prox also adds some normalizations across the middle - the top left jack (closest to the left output) is normalized to the top right jack (closest to the right output), bottom left is normalized to bottom right, and middle left is normalized to middle right. This allows the mixing of up to three mono signals, or by patching into the right side jacks as well, these are broken into their usual panning positions, the closer to the output jack, the louder the signal will come out of it. The smiley indicates that this version has the outputs "curled up" on the top, so even though the outputs are physically adjacent, the inputs still behave similarly to the original Nearness.
