CV-able drive/fold

Crest is a dual voltage controllable drive/fold based on the input stage of Mutable Instruments' Blades filter module. Two channels morphable between soft clipping drive and two stage wavefolding with shared input gain and morph knobs but separate input gain CV jacks. A normalizes to B on signal and CV inputs.
