Delay based on the PT2399

The PT2399 is a digital chip widely used in DIY projects. It is possible to delay times of about 500 ms. with a very good sound quality, but it is possible to force the machine and get delay times of up to 4 seconds at the cost of substantial amounts of downsampling and digital garbage, thanks to the time range selector switch or Crush.
