4 Track I/O for Eurorack

4TRACK2EURORACK is a utility interface designed to make it easy and convenient to route signals from your 4 Track tape machine into your Eurorack system.
Most 4 track machines will have individual phono outputs for each track but the level controls on the machine will only apply to the mixed output. The advantage of the I/O is that it will add signal level control and make it possible to boost the signals straight up to Eurorack level ready to be manipulated, mangled, modulated and more.
The top section of the module consists of 4 x MONO PHONO input channels. These inputs are then amplified up to Eurorack level and routed to the 3.5mm jacks. The gain of the amplifier is set by the pot to the right and depending upon the jumper settings on the rear of the module can range from 0-10 or 0-20 times gain.
The 4 phono inputs are designed to be used with the individual outs of your 4 track machine.
The bottom section consists of STEREO PHONO inputs. The stereo signal is then amplified up to Eurorack level and routed to the separate 3.5mm Jacks labeled L/R. The gain is set by the stereo pot in the bottom right hand corner.
The Stereo input is for the main mixed out from your 4 Track machine but can be used with any other stereo line signal such as a desktop synth or portable walkman cassette player.
All 6 channels have their own Signal level monitoring LED.
