The 4Pole Lowpass is a 24dB 3080 variable transconductance opamp filter design with onboard voltage controlled resonance.
The 14A is offered as an alternative to the Lowpass 02A because of its different resonance characteristics.
The Moog-style 'ladder' filters exhibit a considerable drop in volume of the passband signal when resonance is high. This is less the case with the 14A. Also when self oscillating it has a much better low frequency range than the 02A.
