Play a chord and push the footswitch: the chord will freeze and create a wall of sound, over which you can play a solo. You can also use these pad-like sounds in Ambient/Drone types of music.

The Force records a very short sample of music and (as soon as it's switched on) loops, filters and adds a high-feedback reverb, that results in a lush background / pad sound!
A very few devices can do the same thing and none of them have such a small footprint!

One more distinctive feature of the Force is that the pedal constantly "listens" to the input signal. You don't have to wait for the reverb to build up when you press the footwitch on – the Force samples the incoming signal and starts working exactly when you need it.
