The Small Trees, affectionately known as TSTs, is a dynamic Class A, all-valve clean boost that simply enhances everything it touches. Constructed around a single ECC82, the TSTs ushers in a new level of amplification through its two distinctive stages: a 16dB clean boost at the first stage and a valve line driver at the second. It's essentially the charm of the 'Green' side of their larger The Big Trees (TBTs), packaged in a compact enclosure powered by a 12V adapter. But why strip down to just the green side? The answer is simple – its popularity among TBTs users for guitar and bass front-end enhancement couldn't be ignored. Hence, the Audio Kitchen The Small Trees was born.
