Whirlwind Gold Distortion Pedal with it's box, bag and adhesive strip all in excellent shape. Only used a few times. Works perfectly. It was included (new) in a musical package I purchased that was given to a non-profit organization and I really didn't need this item. I did use it several times and I put a piece of male Velcro on the bottom (see last picture).
