It uses an op-amp circuit with silicon diode clipping to produce aggressive distortion that can range into fuzz territory at higher settings. True bypass switching keeps your signal clean when the pedal is off. The Filter knob works in reverse of typical tone controls, rolling off highs when turned clockwise for darker tones. It runs on a standard 9V battery or external DC supply and is built in a durable steel enclosure.
