Has grounded 3 prong cord and I believe it is stereo perhaps but i've only used it as a mono volume pedal on guitar. it has 4x 1/4" jacks though, not sure. What I do know, is this pedal makes the tone sound bigger and fatter to me than running straight into the amp. I'm not sure how, or why, but I've used it mostly for that purpose, it is a powered circuit, not sure if it was modified, but it sounds great. The change in clean tone is subtle, but it always founds fuller and better to me with it in the chain. (and i rarely have used it for any other purpose, but it works great as a volume pedal as well) no "tone suck" like you get with many other volume pedals, I've found quite the opposite on this one.
