Selling my MXR M280 Vintage Bass Octave pedal. It has been lightly used, kept in a smoke-free environment, and is in fantastic overall condition. There are just a few minor cosmetic marks from normal, careful use, but everything functions flawlessly.If you are looking for that classic, fat, synthy sub-bass growl (think the legendary Boss OC-2 vibe) but don’t want to sacrifice half your pedalboard to get it, this mini pedal is the perfect solution. Unlike vintage pedals, the tracking on this is incredibly fast and tight, even down into the lower register.What sets this apart from other mini octavers is the Constant Headroom Technology (CHT)—it internally pushes 18V out of a standard 9V power supply, giving you massive, clean headroom so your low-end never gets muddy or clips out awkwardly.
