BOSS HF-2 Hi Band Flanger pedal in pink/purple finish with original matching BOSS HF-2 box.This is the BOSS HF-2 Hi Band Flanger, a vintage BOSS compact flanger pedal from the late 1980s / early 1990s era. Unlike a standard flanger, the HF-2 was designed to produce a brighter, cleaner “hi-band” style flange effect with more top-end presence and less low-end wash than many conventional flangers. It can cover subtle movement, bright chorus-like modulation, metallic flanger sweeps, jet-style motion, and sharper vintage modulation textures.The pedal uses a four-control layout with Manual, Depth, Rate, and Resonance. Manual adjusts the delay range / sweep point, Depth controls modulation depth, Rate sets the modulation speed, and Resonance increases the intensity and feedback of the flange effect.
