SPECS: Serial # 07328 Wow: Controls slow, random pitch modulation to emulate vintage tape warble. Flutter: Adds rapid, twitchy pitch and amplitude modulation for a shivering effect. Model: A 12-way rotary control that selects between different tape machine EQ profiles, including VCRs, dictaphones, and toy cassette players. Saturate: Introduces magnetic saturation and nonlinear distortion that occurs when "hot" signals are recorded to tape. Failure: Gradually adds malfunctions like snags, drops, and tape wrinkles. Volume: Manages the overall output level and can act as a "Ramp" control for automated parameter changes when used with DIP switches. Stereo Operation: The MKII is the first in Chase Bliss's classic format to feature true stereo I/O, including a "Spread" mode that distributes failure artifacts across the stereo field. Classic Mode: A dedicated DIP switch allows users to revert to the sound and functionality of the original Cooper FX Generation Loss. Integration Options: Includes MIDI (for up to 122 presets), Expression/CV control, and a micro-USB port for firmware updates.
