But you can also just switch to any type, then spin the dials and find the tone that best lights you up. These aren't models of acoustic guitars - you're not playing a simulator here - they're EQ and response profiles that somehow make your acoustic sound REAL and BETTER than naked. Like perfect mic'ing and EQ in a studio run by that guy with the magic ears. It's somehow a pedal that DE-electrifies the sound of your acoustic guitar's pickup. It's like living inside the guitar.AND - you can use the guitar type selector (dreadnaught, orchestra, comcert, jumbo, nylon, 12-string, bluegrass) to substantially re-voice your guitar into a very convincing and different instrument. Like an instant variety of acoustic guitars, for the right tone for every application.(There's a user bank where you can store 16 of your favorite settings for quick recall.)You also get a blend knob to choose how much of the "imaged" tone you want to mix with the "straight" EQ'd tone of the preamp.
