While versions 1.0 through 1.8 featured minor component tweaks, Version 2 (V2) represents the first ground-up electrical redesign of the circuit to drastically improve headroom, tracking, and signal integrity.Key Upgrades in Version 2Class-A JFET Input Stage: Fulltone raised the input impedance from 330K to 1 Mega Ohm using a discrete 2N5457 JFET section. This stops the pedal from choking your guitar signal, increasing dynamic range and giving single-coils and humbuckers a punchier, clearer response.Redesigned Output Buffer: V2 includes an integrated output buffer.
