The Fuzz circuit has been reworked to open up the high end, allowing it to sound amazing as a low gain fuzz/distortion. (The creamy one we all like in those post-hardcore riffs.) It is also more aggressive when Gain is maxed out. A second fuzz (BLAST) feeds back a part of the circuit creating HUGE, burning, abrasive sounds. The frequency response from both filters has been improved to better work on very low end sources with subby bass sounds. TARS DLX can be used as clean blend on bass or in insert of a track mix. The "ADD FUZZ" configuration which is found nowhere else is better than ever with the addition of the high pass after the low pass. It adds a filtered fuzz to the fuzz signal so that the filters can be used as EQ shape / phasing effects. This is amazing. Of course, Fuzz and filters can be used separately in parallel or in serial. This truly is a beast of a dirt and filtering pedal.
