This model allows you to adjust and boost or scoop the midrange (Mids) to add versatility to your sound. It has four controls: Volume, Mids, Sweep, and a Lo/Hi switch. The Lo/Hi switch functions similarly to controlling Q, sharpening the peak of the frequency affected by the Mids knob. "Lo" provides a soft, broad peak, and the effect when adjusting the Mids/Sweep knob is smooth. "Hi" provides a sharp, abrupt peak, resulting in a very sharp and clear effect when adjusting the Mids/Sweep knob.
