Same condition as when I purchased it. There are a couple of tiny imperfections in the white paint on the bottom and top right corners of the face of the unit, which you can sort of see in the picture. They're minor and so a bit hard to see. I've attached velcro to the bottom of the unit. I used this once for a guitar duo gig, so I could be the organ. Works perfectly. I just don't use this effect currently and need space on my board. I am including a new Electro-Harmonix 200ma power supply, just like the original that came with the unit. But, full disclosure, it's a different power supply that came with an EHX pedal I just bought new.
