It can create sounds that would normally require stacking several reverb and delay pedals. The wash circuit adds reverb to the signal and passes it through a complex internal feedback loop. It can create multi-head disc echoes and "ripple effects." Furthermore, connecting the reverb and delay in series yields a beautiful "wash" sound. While connecting multiple spatial effects pedals can sometimes muddy the sound's resolution, this model maintains the resolution of the original signal while creating these effects.
