The cutoff covers the entire audio spectrum, and the resonance begins self-oscillating at approximately 70%. The envelope generator starts at 0.05 Hz, slowly builds up over a 20-second long cycle, and reaches an audio threshold of 300 Hz, producing wave effect sounds reminiscent of West Coast-style synthesizers ("Buchla" sound, for example).
