Look up onOh boy, I love this. It's an early take on the digital delay, so it has that certain 'big chip' warmth to it, like the DD-2. You can get some really lovely traditional delay sounds out of it. But: it also does a couple of silly and very fun tricks. The 'Filtering' mode offers delays so short they basically act like a modulation, so if you max the level and repeat controls and shorten the delay time, it produces a sitar-esque honky wail that's super weird and fun. Otherwise: use the longest echo time mode, and max the repeats and level, and then use the delay time knob to pitch bend all your repeats up and down: it does this better than any other delay I've tried, the sounds are mental.
