Up for sale is a vintage BOSS CE-2 Chorus, an early Made in Japan silver screw version from 1980.
The CE-2 is one of those classic chorus pedals that really lives up to its reputation. It has that warm, lush analog character the model is known for, and this early Japanese version with the MN3007 chip delivers the rich, musical swirl that players still look for today. It is simple to use, with just Rate and Depth controls, but it covers a wide range of beautiful chorus tones from a subtle shimmer to a deep, spacious modulation.
This pedal has the unmistakable old-school BOSS chorus sound that works equally well for clean tones, arpeggios, and leads. A great piece for players, collectors, or anyone looking for a real vintage CE-2 from the early MIJ period.
