Offer Details

The Nano Big Muff Pi takes the circuit that defined modern fuzz and drops it into a box that actually fits on your board. Since the ‘70s, the Big Muff has been the answer to “how do I make my guitar sound angry and infinite”—and Electro-Harmonix didn’t mess with the formula when they miniaturized it because there’s nothing to improve. The magic lives in the circuit architecture: four cascaded gain stages feed into a double clipping circuit, which then passes through a passive tone control that naturally scoops mids and darkens the high end. The Sustain knob controls how hard those clipping stages are driven, so you can dial anywhere from a textured, compressed fuzz with real note definition to pure infinite sustain that locks and doesn’t let go. Set it low and you get the harmonic complexity and personality of classic fuzz; set it high and you get the crushing wall-of-sound distortion that made the Big Muff famous in the first place. The Tone knob adds final shaping—all the way back it gets murky and thick, all the way forward it brightens and cuts through. This one is clean and fully operational. No crackle, no lag, no character quirks beyond what the circuit is supposed to deliver. A pedal that needs no introduction or justification: its that good.
This is a USED pedal in VERY GOOD condition.
