I purchased this brand new as Sweetwater. I am the only owner. It had mostly no use only a few times for recording tracks. velcro free. Comes with everything as if you bought it new. Everything works as it should. I really take care of my gear, and since I don’t gig, it’s just been sitting safely at home since the day I got it. Why is it not mint? When I look at the pedal at various angles there might be a slight imperfection or two, small enough that they can’t be picked up on the photos.
