The Morning Glory is one of JHS’s most award-winning pedals and a modern standard in transparent overdrive, celebrated for its ability to add tasteful bite and tube-like touch sensitivity without fundamentally altering your core tone.The V4 features Volume, Drive, and Tone controls, with a redesigned volume sweep that delivers twice the headroom of previous versions — making it equally capable as a full-frequency clean boost. The bright-cut switch has been moved to the side of the pedal, and the front now houses a powerful boost circuit that can be remotely activated mid-song using the JHS Red Remote (sold separately) — essentially giving you two Morning Glorys in one pedalboard-friendly package.The Gain toggle activates a boost mode with more power, more low-end content, and higher gain capability than any previous Morning Glory version. The status LED switches from blue to red when the boost is engaged, and the boost is accessible via the Remote Gain jack on the side of the pedal.Runs on standard 9V DC negative power, draws under 100mA.
