JHS Morning Glory V4 overdrive in the limited edition white finish. The standard V4 comes in gold, so this one stands out a little from the crowd. Same great pedal underneath, just a cleaner look that a lot of people prefer on a board.For those not familiar, the Morning Glory is one of the most respected transparent overdrives out there. It sits in the Bluesbreaker family alongside things like the King of Tone, and it does that thing where it adds grit and push without fundamentally changing your tone. Volume, Drive, and Tone controls on the face, with a Gain toggle that kicks in a higher-gain mode with more low end and sizzle. The side panel has a Remote Gain input so you can switch between gain modes with an external footswitch, plus a Hi-Cut toggle for dialing in the top end to match your amp. Standard 9v center negative power.Condition is very good. The bottom plate has some scuffs and velcro residue. I stopped rubbing on it because I didn’t want to lose the hand written number (1436???) on the back. Everything functions as it should.
