The Dunlop 535Q Cry Baby Multi Wah is an analogue wah pedal that builds on the classic Cry Baby design by adding a much deeper level of control over your tone. It keeps the familiar treadle format for expressive, real-time sweeps, but adds a six-position Range Selector to shift the frequency focus, along with a Variable Q control that lets you shape how sharp or wide the wah effect feels under your foot. This means it can move from tight, vocal-like peaks to smoother, more subtle sweeps depending on how you set it.
It also includes a built-in boost circuit, switchable directly on the pedal, with up to around +16 dB of extra output available. This is especially useful for pushing solos forward or adding sustain without needing a separate pedal. The boost level can be adjusted on the top panel, so you can fine-tune how much extra push you want alongside your wah tone.
Built in the rugged Cry Baby housing, it's designed for regular stage use and integrates easily into standard pedal setups with mono input and output and typical 9V power options.
