This is a fun little chorus pedal made in Portland, Oregon, USA. It runs on a 9v battery (not included) or typical 9v power supply (also not included). You get knobs for mix, width, and rate. The Mr. Black here uses four modulated delay lines that are out of phase for a nice, very "molasses" kind of thickness and watery subtlety ("an ocean of diamonds" is how the makers put it). The pedal here works great but does have some little scuffs and marks, and a little chip in the finish at the bottom edge. The inner face of the bottom access panel has a fun little message written in sharpie, probably from whoever put it together. Includes a paper sheet with some guidance.
