This 2017 JHS Kilt V2 is a highly versatile analog dirt box developed in collaboration with guitarist Stu G of the band Delirious?. It is based on the circuit of the classic Bixonic Expandora, but with modern refinements such as a low-noise op-amp and a significantly smaller, pedalboard-friendly enclosure than the original V1 version. This pedal is in excellent overall condition showing only light user wear.The pedal's versatility comes from its three toggle switches, which allow it to cover everything from a transparent boost to a wild gated fuzz: G1 & G2 Toggles: These switches select between four distinct gain structures:Both Down: Lightest gain setting, providing an amp-like chimey breakup.G1 Up: Adds more drive for "riffy grit" and crunch.G2 Up: Moves into heavy distortion land with more saturation and sustain.Both Up: Sends the pedal into an almost uncontrollable, gated fuzz.Cut/Flat Toggle: Controls the low-end response.
