Collector’s Special - the legendary Boss overdrive pedal in beautiful condition. The OD-1 was one of the first three Boss compact pedals ever made (the so-called ‘traffic light trio’). It was produced in Japan between 1977-1987 (this pedal dates to 1986), then later in Taiwan. Operation is simple, with Level and Overdrive controls. Like all Boss pedals of this era, it runs best either on an internal 9V battery, or on the older Boss ACA-type power supply (unregulated 12V, not included). This pedal is close to mint condition, with only a few tiny paint defects as seen in the photos. It has the black label and 4558DD chip. It comes in its original Boss box, with a printed copy of the manual.
