I used this with the Decibel Eleven Switch Dr so I could add more effects pedals to my switching system. It can be used with any MIDI controlled guitar pedal switching system though (such as the ES-5). Note that I drilled small holes on the sides as shown in the photos so I could add mounting brackets in order to secure it underneath my homemade pedal board.
