The unit is fully functional. I had it on a Temple Audio pedal board. I attempted to take one of the quick release plates off, and in doing so dinged the back a little bit as you can see from the photographs. Decided to leave the other one on. If you have a Temple Audio board, you’re in luck. This product has a little bit of a learning curve. However, there are good tutorials on YouTube. Power supply and manual included.
