I Build a lot of pedals for fun and with some expert guidance from Ivor, I built this two in one germanium and silicone fuzz face. Prefer germanium but sometimes need that silicone stability? just the flip of a switch. Well two - the Switch on the front cuts the battery and selects between the two circuits, the side switch is For the led light. Red light Silicone - white light is germanium. I had not planned to sell this one, so I used the best parts I could find. Common between the two - Omeg pots, sprague electro caps, vintage mustard output caps, and bias trim pots. The germanium circuit is set up with vintage 2SB171 transistor both measured about 65hfe / low leakage. These sound amazing, very similar fuzz and cleanup as my NKT275 pedal. The silicone utilizes two BC183A transistors - both measured about 175hfe, so not over the top and good clean up.
