Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 4x4. Eight isolated outputs — two high current 9/12V, four standard 9V, two more high current 9V. All outputs working, no noise issues. Comes with DC cables as pictured, also AC power cord invluded. I have some more green/ black DC cables for it I will include as well. There is some paint chipping at the top of if from pedalboard use. Cosmetically worn but does its job perfectly.
