Triggered by a single note from a guitar or bass, it freely mixes harmonies an octave above or below with square-wave fuzz, producing a destructive and unique sound reminiscent of electronic instruments. In addition to pitch control via the master oscillator, it features glide (portamento) and vibrato functions, covering a wide range from smooth synth leads to wild, 8-bit-like tones. While it exhibits violent behavior when playing chords, it demonstrates a unique presence when playing single-note phrases. With experimental and highly addictive sounds that set it apart from standard octave pedals, this unit is highly recommended for players in the experimental, noise, and psychedelic genres.
