Cosmetic wear to plastic case. Works, powers on, all knobs function. Some crazy sounds available. To nitpick: Not noisy but there is a tiny bit of static in a portion of the sweep. Not audible when actually playing however, and the analog circuit might have always been that way. Since I only obtained it later, and I don't know if it's an age thing, the quality of Behringer components, or a power supply/effect chain thing condition is listed as fair.
