Hi, and thanks for looking at this listing for a Danelectro Cool Cat Chorus pedal. I bought this brand new in the late 90's, and it works perfectly. No velcro was ever on the back plate, and I even have the original owner's manual in the original box. Good sounding chorus pedal. Pleas ask all questions before buying.
