Operates very good. Cosmetically on front better then good while the bottom has only one screw, one empty hole for another screw 9looking for it) and two screw heads sheared off before I got it. Those sheared screws keeps the plate from moving and on my board never had a problem. please look at pictures. Otherwise does what it supposed to perfectly. Non original box.
