"This is the two-button footswitch for the Hot Rod, Deluxe 90, Stage 160, Stage 100 and Stage 100 Head amplifiers. It selects the channel and drive /more drive settings. Fitted with a 1/4-inch jack." -Fender 
This pedal is in decent shape with some scratches on the enclosure throughout. This pedal includes the 1/4in cable to connect to your amplifier. Thanks for your interest!
