The condition is probably closer to excellent but there's some glue on the bottom from some previous velcro that bothers me but I've been to lazy to clean it. The surface has a couple of minor scratches which I tried to capture in the picture and there's velcro on the bottom. This pedal sounds fantastic but is overkill for my purposes since I really just use a couple of chorus flavors and I'm moving to a smaller pedalboard.
