Cosmetically shows its age a bit, including a goofy sticker on the bottom that looks near as old as the pedal itself, but this vintage MXR is in perfect working order. These are incredibly musical and organic compared to current eqs, they are the gold standard for a reason, and the guy I got it from said that it was purchased in 1977 (I believe that the script logo on the back - to the right of the sticker - attests to the fact that its an earlier, slightly more coveted version). Faders just sprayed to get rid of annoying noise/static etc. Comes with a pair of new vintage style Danelectro 9-volt carbon-zinc style batteries (far better than alkaline for older effects; you can also often find cheap and excellent carbon 9 volts at discount stores like Ocean State Job lot in the northeast etc.).
