This pedal, the third in the history of EQD fuzz pedals, was a work of art with a sound that was recognized by people as one of the top fuzz circuits developed by Jamie Stillman. In its home country of the U.S., it was used by famous artists and end users who called themselves fuzz maniacs, and it is no wonder that this dirt transmitter, which has many cult followers even though it has been discontinued for many years, is rarely seen on the used market. We are proud to introduce it to those in Japan who have never been exposed to this sound! The simple knob layout is Level, Fuzz, Tone, and Bias. It is so easy to create your own unique fuzz sound with the Dirt Transmitter that it would be difficult to create a useless sound. The secret recipe is a silicon transistor that Jamie personally researched and selected. This allows for a textured high end that responds to picking differently than a regular germanium transistor, as well as an additional amount of distortion. This allows you to enjoy a fat and warm fuzz while at the same time giving a sense of bite. From a thick fuzz that won't collapse even with heavy gain, to a crisp fuzz sound with a wide range.
