I bought this power supply in 2008 and gigged with it from 2008 to 2009. It's been used at home since 2009 and I'm selling it now since I bought another supply for my main board. There are marks from use over the years, however the power supply works perfectly. I do not have the original cardboard box and there is some velcro residue on the back. AC cable is included, however the DC cables (for the pedals) are not included. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need additional photos.
